Title: Percutaneous closure of aortocaval fistula using the amplatzer muscular VSD occluder. Author: LaBarbera M, Nathanson D, Hui P. Journal: J Invasive Cardiol; 2011 Aug; 23(8):343-4. PubMed ID: 21828399. Abstract: Aortocaval fistula is an uncommon but often fatal complication of abdominal aortic aneurysm. Both open and endovascular repair of aortic aneurysm with aortocaval fistulae have been previously reported. Further studies using the Amplatzer muscular VSD occluder for closure of aortocaval fistulae are warranted.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
