Abstract: Self-mutilations are one of the major characteristics of patients with borderline personality disorder (BPD). Thermal injuries of BPD should be treated by a plastic surgeon who is faced to a challenge in the plastic-reconstructive strategy because of the most complex psychiatric disease.
