Abstract: A successful surgical case of ruptured thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm was reported. The patient was a 77-year-old male. He entered our hospital and was diagnosed ruptured Crawford type 3 thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm by chest X-ray, CT scan and aortography. Operative procedure was tube graft insertion into thoracoabdominal aorta with celiac artery reconstruction.
