Abstract: Solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPT) is a rare pancreatic tumor with low malignancy, constituting 1-2% of exocrine pancreatic tumors, occurring mostly in young women. SPT, despite the achievement of large size gives scant clinical symptoms. The authors present the case of 39-year-old woman with SPT, diagnosed at intraoperative biopsy.
