    Abstract:
    Twelve cases of maxillo-facial fibrous dysplasia are presented, with a brief review of the condition. Only the complete excision of the lesion allows full healing, but it is rarely feasible, even with immediate reconstruction. The surgical abstention and partial excision keep many indications, but require a regular follow-up.
