Abstract: Spinal intradural intramedullary tuberculoma is extremely rare entity of tuberculosis involving the nervous system. Because of its atypical symptomatology, it must be considered in differential diagnosis of spinal cord lesions, especially where prevalence of tuberculosis is high.
