Title: MRI-arthroscopy correlation: the knee. Author: Milewski MD, Sanders TG, Miller MD. Journal: Instr Course Lect; 2012; 61():525-37. PubMed ID: 22301259. Abstract: MRI findings can often be helpful in diagnosing and managing common knee injuries. The association between the normal and pathologic changes in the surgical anatomy of the knee commonly found on MRI and those found at arthroscopy can be demonstrated by examining a series of cases that correlate MRI and arthroscopy findings. Regular interactions are recommended between surgeons and musculoskeletal radiologists to improve MRI interpretation and achieve better surgical outcomes for patients.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
