Abstract: We report the case of a 27-year-old man, presenting a C6 tear-drop fracture associated to medullar contusion with a Brown-Sequard syndrome. An asymptomatic right vertebral artery dissection in its V2 portion was also discovered by the radiologic investigations. A surgical treatment and antiplatelet therapy were performed.
