Title: Autonomy versus futility? Barriers to good clinical practice in end-of-life care: a Queensland case. Author: Lawrence S, Willmott L, Milligan E, Winch S, White B, Parker M. Journal: Med J Aust; 2012 Apr 02; 196(6):404-5. PubMed ID: 22471543.
