Abstract: Organization of health care for victims of radiation accidents requires well-adjusted organizational activities, including an inpatient clinic with well-equipped reception, dosimetric, karyological and bacteriological laboratories, an intensive care department, a surgical (burn) department, a blood transfusion laboratory and equipment for plasmapheresis and hemosorption.
