Title: Complete mitochondrial genome of Paraoncidium reevesii (Gastropoda, Pulmonata, Systellommatophora, Onchidiidae). Author: Zhu HC, Wei LL, Shen HD, Zhang Y, Chen C. Journal: Mitochondrial DNA; 2012 Oct; 23(5):379-81. PubMed ID: 22803706. Abstract: The complete mitochondrial genome of Paraoncidium reevesii was firstly determined in this paper. The mitogenome (13,842 bp) consists of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, and 1 putative control region (CR). CR is not well characterized due to lack of discrete conserved sequence blocks. This characteristic is similar with CRs of other invertebrate mitochondrial genomes.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
