Author: Velásquez JN, Chertcoff AV, Etchart C, di Risio C, Sodré FC, Cucher MA, Carnevale S. Journal: Vet Parasitol; 2012 Dec 21; 190(3-4):583-6. PubMed ID: 22824062. Abstract: Microsporidia are eukaryotic, intracellular obligate parasites that infect invertebrate and vertebrate animals, and have emerged as important opportunistic parasites in AIDS patients. Cats can be considered hosts of E. intestinalis.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
