Title: Cutaneous mucinous vesiculation in a dog with hypothyroidism. Author: Miller WH, Buerger RG. Journal: J Am Vet Med Assoc; 1990 Mar 01; 196(5):757-9. PubMed ID: 2307615. Abstract: Hypothyroidism was documented in an overweight dog with bilateral entropion, blepharoptosis, and multiple, non-inflammatory papular and vesicular lesions on the head. Histologic evaluation of skin biopsy specimens confirmed the diagnosis of mucinous vesiculation.
