Abstract: A study was made of the role of protein phosphorylation of mast cells and their cytoskeleton upon secretion induced by biogenic amines (histamine and serotonin) and bradykinin, a possible mediator of the effect of MEA, a sulfur-containing radioprotector. The data obtained indicate that the incorporation of phosphate in some proteins of mast cells is an important stage in the process of exocytosis during radioprophylaxis.
