PubMed ID: 23234037. Abstract: We report a clinical case of 36 year old woman with genital tuberculosis, who had no correct diagnosis and treatment for nine months. The etiological diagnosis was set after good collaboration between gynaecologists and microbiologists who had been looking for tuberculosis very active. The laboratory identification was based on conventional and new generation methods: fully automated system and modern molecular tests.
