Abstract: A 48-year-old male suffering from neurogenic bladder due to spinal injury was admitted to our clinic with a chief complaint of macrohematuria. Examinations revealed some calculi located in the bladder and in the prostate. Microexplosion lithotripsy for the prostatic calculi (29 x 23 mm etc.) was performed via the urethra and for the vesical calculus (65 x 55 mm) via the suprapubic cystostomy channel.
