    Abstract:
    Breast reconstruction following mastectomy is a part of programme in rehabilitation. The type of reconstruction is determined by the local defect. 1. The advanced skin technique with or without skin expander and silicone breast implant is in this time the most used procedure. 2. If needed skin the thoracoepigastric flap is used. 3. If additional skin and muscular cover is needed, the latissimus dorsi flap, lower m. rectus abdominis flap, the upper m. rectus abdominis flap are used or free flap.
