Title: Atypical supraglottitis caused by Streptococcus sanguis. Author: Irvine MC, Solomons NB. Journal: J Laryngol Otol; 1990 May; 104(5):430-1. PubMed ID: 2370475. Abstract: A case of atypical supraglottitis in an 11-year-old boy is presented. The epiglottis was only mildly inflamed. The organism isolated from blood culture was Streptococcus sanguis.
