Abstract: Activity of nuclear DNA-polymerase in the liver, lung and spleen tissues of mice subjected to long-term chronic gamma-irradiation (1.3 mGy/h) has been investigated. Chronic gamma-irradiation with a cumulative dose of 1.7 Gy during 55 days raises DNA polymerase activity in the irradiated tissue nuclei.
