Three patients diagnosed with scrub typhus through serology and polymerase chain reaction tests, experienced delayed administration of effective antibiotics after the appearance of symptoms, presented with subdural hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, or cerebral infarction in the late acute phase.
