    Abstract:
To prevent paroxysms of atrial fibrillation many patients resort to long-term use of various antiarrhythmic agents. In this case a question arises: how to recover a sinus rhythm if the agent's effect is not over. Two clinical cases have been described when the patients themselves tried to arrest arrhythmia by increasing the dose of the main drug and using additionally other antiarrhythmics, which led to severe complications.
