Abstract: Subdural intramedullary and extramedullary cavernous angiomas are rare vascular malformations. A case of cavernoma of the cauda equina affecting a 46-year-old man is reported. He presented with low back and sciatic pain. This is the fourth case of cavernoma of the cauda equina in the literature.
