Journal: J Voice; 2014 Jul; 28(4):524.e9-524.e11. PubMed ID: 24210722. Abstract: Spindle cell carcinoma (SPCC) is a rare, malignant variant of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), which shows biphasic proliferation of the conventional SCC component and malignant spindle shape cells with sarcomatous appearance. We discuss the patient presentation, voice assessment, surgical treatment, and a review of the literature.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
