PubMed ID: 2424204. Abstract: Lymphangiosarcoma is an extremely rare but highly lethal complication of chronic lymphedema. The classic clinical picture is described and three cases are presented. Current concepts of etiology, histopathology, treatment and prognosis are discussed.
