DESIGN: Case report. SETTING: Department of Urology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University Hospital and Medical Faculty in Hradec Kralove, Charles University Prague. CONCLUSION: Uterovesical fistula is a rare and unusual complication of cesarean section. Uterovesical fistula is tough to diagnose because of unspecific symptoms.
