Title: [Activity of lysosomal proteolytic enzymes in rat gastric mucosa during contrical administration]. Author: Dzodzuashvili VU. Journal: Vopr Med Khim; 1987; 33(5):84-5. PubMed ID: 2446426. Abstract: Contrical was shown to decrease distinctly the activity of cathepsins A, B, C and D in rat gastric mucosa in situ and in vitro. At the same time, application of contrical as a polymeric complex with glue MK-8 resulted in penetration of the drug into the incubation mixture and led to inhibition of lysosomal proteinases. The data obtained suggest that simultaneous use of contrical and glue MK-8 may serve as an adequate therapeutic approach in local treatment of gastroduodenal ulcers.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
