    Abstract:
    The experience of endoscopic laser therapy using a CO2-laser "Skalpel-1" via Friedel bronchoscope is analysed. Treatment was administered to 40 patients with different endobronchial pathology: tumors, bronchonodular fistulas in tuberculosis of intrathoracic lymph nodes, non-specific stump inflammation, mycosis, ligature material, bronchial stenosis, tracheal and bronchial scleroma. High efficiency of endoscopic laser bronchoscopy is proved.
