Journal: J Pediatr Oncol Nurs; 2014; 31(2):78-83. PubMed ID: 24608700. Abstract: Cerebellar mutism (also known as posterior fossa syndrome) is a relatively common complication of posterior fossa surgery for primary brain tumors in children.
