    The computerized calculation of the 13C NMR spectra of polysaccharide and oligosaccharides (ANMROL), together with chemical analysis (methylation and Smith degradation) showed that the polysaccharide has the following structure: (formula; see text) which differs from the previous data published for Salmonella kentucky strain I.
