Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disorder of unknown origin that most commonly affects young adults. Ocular involvement occurs in about 30% of patients. Acute or chronic anterior uveitis are the most common ocular manifestations of sarcoidosis but all the ocular tissues can be involved. Diagnosis is based on several investigations which the most interesting are biopsy of sarcoid granuloma and bronchoalveolar lavage.
