Abstract: Three inhibitors of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) currently are approved for the treatment of psoriasis: etanercept, infliximab, and adalimumab. The other two TNF inhibitors, golimumab and certolizumab pegol, have shown efficacy against plaque psoriasis in clinical trials of psoriatic arthritis (PsA).
