Abstract: Aneurysms occurring in prosthetic grafts are a very rare phenomenon. However, false aneurysms are a known complication which can appear in the anastomotic site of the graft, but very seldom in the middle of the prosthetic graft. True aneurysm of a dacron graft is extremely rare, and very few have been reported in the literature.
