Title: Starting a cleft team: a primer. Author: Capone RB, Butts SC, Jones LR, Cleft and Craniofacial Subcommittee of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) Specialty Surgery Committee. Journal: Facial Plast Surg Clin North Am; 2014 Nov; 22(4):587-91. PubMed ID: 25444730.
