Multiple puncture under sonographic control, with complete drainage of the abscess. 2. The introduction of a catheter. 3. In the presence of a fistula, introduction of a catheter into the abscess through the fistula. Amongst the 14 patients, one had to undergo further surgery because of intestinal bleeding.
