PubMed ID: 25549451. Abstract: The main principle of the whole health care system in Kazakhstan is joint responsibility of state, employer and employee for the health state. Coordination of occupational therapeutic service is maintained by National Center of Industrial hygiene and occupational diseases. The country appears to have registered 6919 patients with "occupational disease" diagnosis, with new 500-600 cases register annually.
