Abstract: Gastroschisis is a congenital anomaly characterised by a defect in the anterior abdominal wall through which the intestinal contents freely protrude. Defect is located almost always to right of umbilicus. To our knowledge very few cases of left-sided gastroschisis have occurred and presented in literature.
