Abstract: Life expectancy of patients with the most prevalent oncologic disease, i.e., breast cancer, has been increased due to the latest achievements in its treatment. The majority of such patients have favorable forecast and come back to work. At the same time it is pointed out that the treatment course is accompanied by some changes in the main life-sustaining and effect-dependent functions. Coming back to work with lowered work capacity and working under unfavorable labor conditions, such patients are in many cases exposed to the effect of various occupational factors and their professional activity.
