Title: Endoscopic management of colonic diverticular bleeding. Author: Yamada A, Niikura R, Yoshida S, Hirata Y, Koike K. Journal: Dig Endosc; 2015 Nov; 27(7):720-5. PubMed ID: 26258405. Abstract: Colonic diverticular bleeding is the most common cause of lower gastrointestinal bleeding. Colonoscopy can be used for both diagnosis and treatment of colonic diverticular bleeding. Identification of the stigmata of recent hemorrhage allows for various endoscopic hemostasis methods. Herein, we review the techniques and clinical outcomes of endoscopic hemostasis for colonic diverticular bleeding.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
