    Abstract:
    The author presented a case of successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation that was performed in the house of the patient, 58-year-old, who had experienced clinical death caused by suffocation with a mouthful of food (bolus death). In the paper is pointed out the importance of rapid intervention of Urgency Aid Service commencing from the moment of call acceptance as well as the importance of equipped and skilled staff for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, especially for endotracheal intubation either in ambulance or in outer conditions.
