Abstract: Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy, or Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD), is commonly characterized by painless cervical lymphadenopathy. Exclusively cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease is rare. In the absence of massive lymphadenopathy, the nonspecific skin lesions may complicate the diagnosis.
