Abstract: The authors present the results of treatment by conventional methods of patients with retinal detachment in the period of 9 years. Reattachment of the retina was achieved in 78.3% of cases. The use of indirect funduscopy with a binocular ophthalmoscope for an intraoperative localization of the retinal holes as well as for their control and the intensity of cryopexy became a factor which increases the efficacy of the surgical treatment of retinal detachment.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
