    Abstract:
    Clinical features, pathogenesis and treatment of the syndrome of chronic overdosage of insulin and hypoglycemic sulpha drugs are discussed. The typical features of this syndrome were found not only in type I and II diabetes mellitus patients who were treated with insulin but also in those who were given large dosages of hypoglycemic sulpha drugs. Treatment of this syndrome has been recommended.
