    This chapter has outlined some of the outcomes of poor job design, identified and defined risk factors associated with poor job design, and presented a brief overview of a layman's approach to job analysis. With this information, persons interested in fixing jobs that have ergonomically poor designs can begin to develop a working understanding of the problem, what caused it, and considerations regarding its solution.
