PubMed ID: 2682446. Abstract: Results of aerobic bacteriological cultivation of the vaginal and cervical smears of 185 women free of complaints and symptoms are evaluated. E. coli occur most frequently in our days in the vaginal and cervical smears. These bacteria became almost resistant to the earlier potent antibiotics.
