Title: Caecal herniation through the foramen of Winslow. Author: Lemish W, Cameron D. Journal: Australas Radiol; 1989 Feb; 33(1):109-10. PubMed ID: 2712783. A patient with caecal herniation through the foramen of Winslow is presented and differentiation from caecal volvulus is stressed. In caecal herniation through the foramen of Winslow the "hilum" of the kidney shaped loop of bowel points towards the foramen of Winslow rather than the right iliac fossa.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
