    A complex psychophysiological investigation of 120 patients with occlusions in the territory of the internal carotid artery revealed regular disorders of the suprasegmental vegetative structures manifested as psychovegetative syndrome. This may be considered as one of the cases of limitation of the adaptation capacities of the of these patients.
