Title: [Criteria of the severity of the course of acute nonspecific salpingo-oophoritis]. Author: Kulavskiĭ VA, Utkin EV. Journal: Akush Ginekol (Mosk); 1989 Feb; (2):30-3. PubMed ID: 2719162. Abstract: Differential-diagnostic value of various clinical and laboratory tests was assessed in 105 patients with acute nonspecific salpingo-oophoritis. Auxiliary methods, such as cytochemical studies of neutrophil alkaline phosphatase, lymphocyte acid phosphatase, lymphocyte glycogen and lymphocyte succinate dehydrogenase, as well as the identification of auto-organic antibodies to the enosalpinx and ovarian tissue, were used to assess the severity of the condition. Their diagnostic value is stated with reference to the severity of adnexal inflammation.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
