Abstract: In a rare case of progressive bilateral valgus-slipped capital femoral epiphysis, modified Imhauser-Weber osteotomies were carried out. The osteotomies allowed for significant varus correction and thus included shortening of the neck and distal transfer of the greater trochanter.
