Abstract: 29 patients with recurring symptoms after lumbar disk surgery have been examined with computed tomography and myelography before they underwent a reoperation. This study shows that the myelography has the higher diagnostic accuracy than the CT concerning the differentiation between recurrent disk herniation and scar.
