Abstract: Peliosis hepatis is a rare benign disorder of the liver, histologically characterized by blood-filled cystic cavities of various sizes and irregular shapes, communicating with the hepatic sinusoids. Only a few cases of peliosis hepatis have been described using contrast enhanced ultrasound showing admittedly various dynamic enhancement patterns.
